EFC-ER carries on a worldwide ministry through missionary programs in Haiti, Hong Kong, Hungary, Jamaica, Taiwan, Nepal, and India.
Information and updates on these mission fields are provided monthly via the Mission Focus which is distributed to EFC-ER churches, as well as online.
EFC-ER also cooperates with Evangelical Friends Missions (EFM) in Burundi, Cambodia, Honduras, Indonesia, Ireland, Jordan, Palestine, Kenya, Ramallah, the Philippines, Mexico, Rwanda, Bolivia, Peru, Guatemala, and Rough Rock, Arizona. The central purpose of its mission efforts is to build Christ-honoring churches in these countries, to train national leaders, and to minister to the physical needs of the people through medical work.
Committed to making it easy to forget daily cares and reflect on God's wonder and glory, Camp Gideon offers an ideal place for retreats, leadership conferences, family renewal weekends, and mother/daughter and father/son getaways. God's created world provides many unique opportunities to deepen relationships and one's Christian walk through prayer, Bible study and other spiritual disciplines.
EFC-ER also sponsors Malone University, a 96-acre campus in Canton, Ohio. A Christian university for the arts, sciences, and professions in the liberal arts tradition, Malone is accredited by the Higher Learning Commission-North Central Association. Malone offers undergraduate programs leading to the Bachelor of Arts, the Bachelor of Science in education, and the Bachelor of Science in nursing. Graduate programs in education, counseling, organizational leadership, business, nursing, and theological studies are also offered.
